I have been interested in landscape photography for as long as I can remember. Prior to entering medical school in the Fall of 1998, I traveled to my native Israel and was given a point and shoot camera by my parents with which to document my journey. I remember the sense of excitement from seeing those prints when they came back from the lab (I still have them in a photo album).
I moved to a digital point and shoot some years later and, before the birth of my son in 2005, purchased a digital SLR. Since then, I have gradually developed my own style of landscape photography with an emphasis on composition and light.
Since August 2010, I have been concentrating my landscape photography within the 4.5 square miles that define the town of Marblehead, MA. However, I have images from before moving to Marblehead as well as from day trips throughout New England and vacations in and out of the United States that I have felt the need to share. This will be the new home for those images.
All images can be purchased as prints or cards by clicking on the ‘Buy prints’ link under the image. Framed/unframed matted images as well as prints on canvas are available as well – use the contact form to inquire. Note that purchased prints do not contain my watermark signature.
